King's House, oh King's House, it is a historical place in the town of Dorado, In Puerto Rico. It is also known as Militia Guard Barracks, Parador o Municipal Jail.

It was built as a parador or inn around 1823. The building, the oldest in the city, provided accommodation to Spanish government personnel and it also served as a regional military headquarters.

In 1848, Jacinto López purchased the structure. Converting it into a residence, López added two wings that created a U-shaped configuration around an interior courtyard. In 1871, Casa del Rey became home to Manuel Alonso y Pacheco, the notable romantic writer from Puerto Rico.

It was included in the National Register of Historic Places United States in 1989.

The house was restored by the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture in 1978 and is now a local history museum.
